These terms apply to use of Visa CRM. By signing in or connecting WhatsApp or Google Ads, you agree to them.
Visa CRM is a tool for a visa consultancy to manage leads, follow-ups, customers, visa applications, WhatsApp conversations, and Google Ads lead forms. It does not submit visa applications to a government on your behalf.
Administrators create staff accounts and assign roles. You are responsible for keeping your password private and for activity under your account. Telecallers may work only on the leads assigned to them.
You must have the right to store and contact the people whose details you enter. Do not upload information you are not allowed to use. How personal information is handled is described in the Privacy Policy.
Connecting WhatsApp or Google Ads lets the CRM send and receive data through those services under your own Meta and Google accounts. You must follow their terms. Message delivery, ad-account access, and lead import depend on those providers.
Do not use the CRM to send unlawful, misleading, or unsolicited messages, or to interfere with the service.
The CRM is provided as available. We may change or pause features. We are not liable for lost messages, failed imports, or decisions made from CRM records.
